No video of the weights, but I finish off my upper body workout with some chinups, pullups, and dips. Pretty bad form, but keep in mind that this was AFTER the lifting, so I was pretty damn wiped out,. Also keep in mind that I weigh 210 lbs. (95 kg), so I’m not some scrawny pullup machine.

Comments: Plus 15 minutes HIIT biking. I’m not going to go any heavier on the bench until that 275feels a lot easier. Also, not only are my calves looking awesome, but the musculature of my arms is becoming more noticeable with DA PUMP. *strut* Not in this video, however.
Don’t mind me, just video-whoring. There was a little (quite a bit earlier, but I seem to have scared it off) snow falling, so NATURALLY I whipped out the camera and frolicked a bit. WHEE!
EDIT: I thought it had stopped completely, but after the temperature went below freezing, it started falling (and sticking) again! So now that my driveway is covered in a thin yet dangerous layer of ice, I don’t expect to be going to the gym tonight. I’ll need to get up early tomorrow and salt it if I want to make it to work, too. Motherfucker.

Comments: My back is a tiny bit… “wonky” at the moment, and I’m hoping a night’s rest and some painkillers will help. Also, if Matt sends it to me, and if I decide that I’m not too ashamed, I’ll post the video of me doing the “box” squat and demonstrate how my dwarven legs dictate how badly we need an actual box.
