1) After I reach a steady 220 lbs. (100 kg), a new goal: 9% body fat. Some people laughed when I mentioned it earlier. That’s good; it makes me that much more determined. When I started this blog, I was (not really) content to be fat and strong. The beetus changed my outlook a little and may have been the kick in the pants I needed to get otherwise healthy.
2) Didn’t lift any more this week after the thumb-slicing. Pictures to be posted later when I feel like it. Not sure when I’m going to go back to the gym (probably next week since I’m addicted – I can at least do some more cardio in the meantime), but I’m going to have to get creative with some exercises until the thing fully heals.
3) Project Beard pictures also to be posted later when I feel like it. Fuck you, I do what I want.
