Comments: Plus SEVEN minutes on the elliptical but only 10 on the bike. Blood sugar was a little higher than I would’ve liked and I’m not sure why. But on a brighter note, I’m FINALLY down to 220 lbs. (100 kg). Now I’ve just gotta stay there for a little while to make it official.
