1) Couldn’t sleep last night.
2) Customers were being especially sandy buttholes today; ended up losing my temper at one of them.
3) Puked at work for no real reason?
4) Cut my thumb while preparing dinner.
5) SLICED OFF A GODDAMN CHUNK of thumb a minute later (pictures to come later) which wouldn’t stop bleeding.
6) Spent 2.5 hours at the doctor for something I could have done at home (tourniquet and wrapping it up), though not as cleanly, AND I WON’T BE ABLE TO FUCKING LIFT TONIGHT.
7) Gotta get it checked out again Thursday, but after work, which will make me late for the Amon Amarth show in Atlanta.
8 ) No guitar/mandolin for a little while.
9) It’s my left thumb and I’m left-handed, so that’s gonna be a fucking adventure.
10) Just found out that the manager is going on a vacation, so I’m scheduled for the next 8 days.
11) How can I put this delicately… violent gut problems.

Jesus fuck. It may be time to just masturbate and go to sleep.

Got a prescription for some vicodin, though, so that’s cool.

Comments: Plus 20 minutes steady-state biking, even though I thought I would collapse 5 minutes into it. Good thing I stuck with it, because THE FUCKING BLOOD SUGAR WAS 98 AFTERWARD, FUCK YEAH, WOOOO. Also, I need to learn to slow down and take adequate rest between sets while on the SHOTGUN. I may have come close to giving myself a heart attack with the step-ups. :P

Week 44 front:

Week 44 left:

Week 44 right:

I had a run-in earlier with a guy who, 10 years ago (when I worked at the game room), threatened my life (because one of the games wouldn’t accept his quarter – people need to calm the fuck down). It was nice knowing (and presuming that he knew) that I could destroy him without much effort now.

On another note, I started some tribulus and DHEA Sunday and there’s been a shocking increase in libido (WHICH WASN’T LACKING IN ANY WAY TO BEGIN WITH).

I also will need to tighten the Belt again – waist/gut keeps getting smaller.

Upper arms were parallel – almost there!

Comments:
Plus 10 minutes steady-state biking because I’d barely slept the night before and was tired as all hell. Turns out that two of the other guys who sometimes lift at the same time as us are diabetic, too. While interesting, it’s not interesting enough for the conversation they were trying to lure me into while I was ready to get the hell out of the gym and sleep. :P

Didn’t lift Thursday due to fear of a pulled hamstring (caused by one of the sales associates jumping on my back while I was in a deep squat position and me standing up – she’s not a petite girl, bless her heart). Fortunately, all turned out okay for Monday, as the numbers will tell you.

Up a few pounds from last week, but clothes are looser, so I don’t know what’s going on.

Gotta be at work in a few hours and I can’t sleep. Badass. Eyes are heavy, but mind and heart are racing. I’m not even on any stimulants at the moment, what the hell!

Comments: Plus a total of 5 minutes on the elliptical in one minute intervals and 15 minutes steady-state biking. Even if the gym’s elliptical is much easier than the one at home, my calves and quads would NOT let me do much on it. Might have overdone it a little with the lifting volume, we’ll see if that’s the case when/if I can’t move tomorrow without wanting to cry.

Attacked the shit with a vengeance, but it still wasn’t enough.

Holy god my calves are sore and knees are aching. Why the hell did I vow to get on the elliptical tonight at the gym?! :P Rhetorical question, but the answer is to get rid of these JELLY ROLLS! NOBODY LOVES ME!!! FATTY HAD A PARTY AND NOBODY CAME!!! etc.

I’ve read some things about a lot of diabetic guys having low testosterone. While I don’t think that’s the case with me (yet? :( ), I may have a line on some “supplements” to see what effect an increase in testosterone has on the beetus. SCIENCE!.
