Also, it’s actually closer than Excel was. By a fifth of a mile (.32 km), ha.

The keycards for 24-hour gym access came in several days ago, but there’s rarely anyone there, so picking them up has become troublesome. And vexing. This daytime lifting (even though it’s only been a week) is breaking my balls. :P

EDIT: Nevermind, got ‘em. LET THE NIGHT LIFTING BEGIN.

Squats:
115 lbs. (52 kg) 3 x 10
135 lbs. (61 kg) 3 x 10

Leg press:
180 lbs. (82 kg) 3 x 10

Standing cable crunches:
100 lbs. (45 kg) 3 x 10

Sidebends:
55 lbs. (25 kg) 1 x 10 each side
60 lbs. (27 kg) 2 x 10 each side

Comments: Don’t wanna jump right into the heavy stuff after three weeks of not lifting. With that said, the squat rack’s pins are either too high for me to safely unrack the weight or so low that I have to half squat as an unrack, the leg press’s seat rounds one’s back too much, and the cable station only goes to 100 lbs., but it’ll have to do. I was spoiled at Excel. :P

I’m gonna have to get creative!

EDIT: Forgot to mention that, according to the new gym’s scale, I’m down a little over 50 lbs. (23 kg) since the beginning of the year. Even with three weeks of not lifting and (I think) eating more. Maybe my goal of losing 100 this year will be possible!

Just measured again. Down to a 41″ (104 cm) waist and 26″ (66 cm) (circumference) legs. While the fat loss is thrilling, the prospect of procuring new, fitting, pants is annoying/troublesome.

The arms are also down to 17″ (43 cm), but I’ll not mention that. … Oops.
