1) Training partner has fallen ill, so we decided to take a short break.

2) I’ve lost another 3 inches from my waist since last I checked, making it 41″ – back to what it was in late middle school/early high school. I’ll wait until the return to the gym to check how the fat loss situation is coming along.

3) I’m going to bea good little heathen and see Ensiferum, Tyr, Turisas, Eluveitie, and Suidakra at PAGANFEST USA in Atlanta Monday. I have such high expectations for this show it’s unreal. I kinda knew that Behemoth and Dimmu were going to be good, but goddamn I’ve been listening to Tyr and Turisas for a few years now and chomping at the bit to see them. IT’S GOING TO KICK SO MUCH ASS. *ahem* It could only be better if Korpiklaani were there, too, but they’re only doing Paganfest Europe. :(

JESUS FUCK I’M EXCITED.

4) The other new guy at work got fired (on a very inopportune day for him – more so than you’d expect, I mean), so that’s more hours/$$$ for me, yay.

5) Also, Tullamore Dew is the greatest whiskey I have ever had.
