Comments: Down to 303 lbs. (137 kg), again, possibly thanks to being dehydrated/hungover, but I’ll take it! In addition, I’m going to start taking some water pills (sodium and/or potassium manipulation has yielded next to no results) tomorrow and see if that can’t take care of some of this, because it’s getting ridiculous and kind of embarassing.

EDIT: OH YEAH, we fucking raced through this workout, getting done in 35 minutes. Maybe that’s why I feel like ass.

Comments: Jesus Christ, that hurt. But felt good. Not entirely sure I’ll be able to walk tomorrow. Also, the scale at the gym is broken, so I can’t accurately tell how tiny I’m getting. :x
