Comments: Empty stomach again, BUT with a 3-hour nap beforehand, so not as bad. In fact, judging by Monday and tonight, I perform a lot better without food and sleep. I HAVE DISCOVERED THE SECRET.

Comments: 475 lbs. is fucking heavy. Also, I should know by now not to train on an empty stomach and/or little to no sleep. Almost enjoyed a little unscheduled unconsciousness in the gym! The combination of these factors resulted in me being wiped out for the remainder of the workout.

Comments: Forgot my notebook, so the sets/reps schemes are a little more simple.

After the lifting, I screwed around with some high-rep stuff (pressdowns and curls for 30 or so reps) and decided to test how heavy the dip station was. Fun was had.

Comments: Decided to drop to 185 and work on my technique a little more. In other news, I seem to be down to 309 lbs. (140 kg) without really trying. If this keeps up, I’ll be svelte and lithe in no time!

Can’t sleep, so I decided to do a comparison list!

Pros:
1) It looks so cool (for now)!
2) That counts as two.
3) I… uh… “identify” with having long hair
4) Kvlt and tr00, goddamn it.

Cons:
1) It’s obviously thinning (especially the crown area instead of the hairline, which I’d be okay with), apparent when I go just one day without washing
2) It tangles easily, in fact, there’s one in there right now that I can’t seem to get out
3) Takes ages to dry, and a blow dryer dries my scalp out too much
4) Can’t comfortably wear anything with a hood
5) Gets in the way while lifting
6) Gets in the way in general

I think we all see what the clear solution is. Fuck.

With every snow, I feel a compulsion to take a noble savage picture.

EDIT: Also, didn’t lift tonight because the driveway is fucking ICED OVER. The best that could happen is me careening across the street and ending up in the neighbours’ house, so discretion was allowed to be the better part of valour. Did some pushups in lieu of weights, but it’s not the same.
