190 lbs. (86 kg) 5 x 5
Lateral raises:
20s (9 kg) 5 x 5
Straight-arm pulldowns:
170 lbs. (77 kg) 4 x 5, 1 x 6 (first rep was piss poor, so I added another)
Comments: I’ve had a hard time staying disciplined this and last week, not having my post-workout shake right after lifting, if at all, and because of that, I’ve been off the creatine for almost two weeks. I’ve lost 10 pounds, but it’s all creatine-water and it’s like losing 10 pounds of muscle.
